Improved Fixing of Banjo Shutters in Toilets

Background:

Banjo shutters in toilets in GS coaches are easily removed by passengers and toilet is used for travelling.

Banjo Shutters	Rivets Sheared Off

Description:

Rivet Size increased from 4mm to 8 mm thereby reducing the chances of shearing off.
