PAYROLL & INCENTIVE SYSTEM
The payroll system caters all the payments of earnings and recoveries to employees. The incentive sub-system performs calculation of incentive based on the incentive scheme being used. The Payroll and Incentive system at ICF covers the areas of Updating and maintenance of Employee Information, Employee payment system, Review and recovery of Income tax, poductivity linked Bonus, and incentive system linked with production. Besides these modules there is a module for calculating arrear payments due to pay and leave regularization. Pay regularization are done even from the year 1986.
Employee Payment system:
Preparation of monthly payroll of all employees. Maintenance of pay rates, scales and various allowances admissible to the employees.
Incentive:
Calculation of incentive payment to direct and Essentially indirect workers and junior engineers based on the actual output of the direct workers taking input from production management system and time keeping sub-systems
